 A. Yes, we have guided Ashram Bus Tour at the following timings:
We offer a free guided Bus Tour every day. The timings are:

Monday-Friday: 11.30AM,2:30 pm, 5.00pm.

Saturday : 11AM, 1.45PM, 2.30PM,3.30pm, 4.30PM,5.00pm

Sunday: 11AM,12.00pm, 1.45PM,2.00PM,2.30PM, 3PM,3.30PM,4.00PM, 4:30PM,5.00PM

The timings are subject to change.
To get information for the bus tour please call 080-67262626 the day you wish to avail the tour.
The tour covers the Radha Kunj Gardens, the Gurukul, the Educational Campus, the Ayurvedic
Hospital and the Panchakarma Centre. The tour takes 1hour and 30 mins approximately. 

 A. Yes you can Meditate at our Video and Meditation Hall.The timings for the session are 

Video and Meditation Session:

Monday to Friday: 10:30am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm..

Saturday ; Sunday: 10:00am, 11:00pm, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm

The duration of the session is approximately for 40 minutes.
The timings are subject to change. 

 A. The visiting hours for Bangalore Ashram is 9am to 8pm. You could attend the Ashram Video
and Meditation sessions which includes Desktop Yoga at the following timings.
Video and Meditation Session:

Monday to Friday: 10:30am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm

Saturday ; Sunday: 10:00am, 11:00pm, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm

This could be followed by taking the Guided Ashram Bus Tour which would take you around
the Bangalore Ashram. Following are the timings for it.

Monday-Friday: 11.30AM,2:30 pm, 5.00pm.

Saturday : 11AM, 1.45PM, 2.30PM,3.30pm, 4.30PM,5.00pm

Sunday: 11AM,12.00pm, 1.45PM,2.00PM,2.30PM, 3PM,3.30PM,4.00PM, 4:30PM,5.00PM

You could have lunch at our Annapurna Dining Hall from 12:30pm to 2pm.
In the evenings we have Satsang which happen everyday which includes singing, knowledge
discussions and meditation . Mon to Sat 6:30pm to 8pm, Sun: 6.0pm to 7.30pm. 

 A. Please contact the Information centre  front desk for registering for the Ashram Bus Tour or you could also call at

 PH : 080-67262626 to get more information by phone on the same day.

Registration for the Ashram Video and Meditation session could be done on-the-spot at the venue depending on availability of seats. 

 A: You could relax and meditate at our meditation venue for visitors. Please find below the
designated timings for it:

Video and Meditation Session:

Saturday ; Sunday: 10:00am, 11:00pm, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, 5:00pm

You could also relax in Gurupadukavanam under the shady domes with a scenic view of the
pond in the middle of the venue. 

 A. Photography of the residential areas and the interiors of the venues and meditation halls are restricted. 

      Please do not take photographs during satsangs.
If you have a specific requirement for photography, please contact the Admin Office. 

 A. We have a shuttle service to move around the Ashram (09342430275), especially for senior
citizens. 

 A. Parking space is next to Gate 5 (near the Ashram reception). 

Please park the vehicle there and avail the Ashram Shuttle Service (09342430275) to move inside the Ashram. 

 A. For security reasons we do not allow visitors to keep their belongings anywhere in the
Ashram. 

 A. Sumeru travels, the travel agent in the Ashram, can help with flight, train, cab and bus

 A: If you have completed the Happiness Program plus one Part 2 or DSN (Pre-requisite for Seva) then you are eligible to apply.

You can visit Ashram HR at the Ashram Reception building.or apply online.

The Happiness Program includes the powerful breathing technique – Sudarshan Kriya, Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama and other interactive processes.

 Sudarshan Kriya incorporates specific natural rhythms of the breath which harmonize the body, mind and emotions. 

This unique breathing technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving you calm yet energized,focused yet relaxed.

The Sudarshan Kriya is taught in the Happiness Program which happens every Friday to Sunday at the Bangalore Ashram.

Youth Empowerment Seminar and Intuition process
These programs help children to overcome negative emotions like fear, anxiety, anger,frustration, etc.

 It also helps to improve ability to concentrate and remember, develop team spirit thereby increasing joy, creativity, sense of well being.

 A: You could participate in Advanced level programs. Some of them are listed below:

The Art of Silence Program, Dyanamism for Self and Nation (DSN), Blessings Program and Sri Sri Yoga Level II are the advanced programs offered.

If you require translation, please ensure that someone who is involved with Art of Living organization is there to provide this service for you.

 A: This is at the participants discretion. Interested participants could join the desired program, however,
accommodation is subject to availability. To avoid disappointments registering and paying online for the

If you have not done the program then you could attend the residential Happiness Program in the
Ashram, or you may do the Happiness Program in your city. Once you have done the program,
you could check with the housing department for stay in the Ashram.

 A: Only participants of the same gender can be accommodated together. In case of group or
family, for any kind of special accommodation requests you could call Housing Department at

 A: Unfortunately, there are no babysitting or child-minding facilities available at the Bangalore
Ashram., Please contact our Housing Department at +91 80 6726 804/805 or write to
housing@vvmvp.org to reserve accommodation for her as well.
We also have a children’s park behind Vishala Cafe, where you could keep your child engaged. 

 A: You can order a pre-paid taxi on arrival at Bengaluru International Airport. Also you could contact
Sumeru Travels to hire a taxi at 9886019292 

 A: Check-in time depends on the program, usually before 10 pm on the previous day the program starts
is recommended. People arriving on late-night flights/trains can also check in upon arrival. Check-out
time depends on the program but includes the night stay on the last day of the program. 

 A: Yes, you will need to bring the following documents:
? 2C-forms completed and signed
? Photocopy of passport
? Photocopy of current valid Indian visa
? Print-out of Program registration form
? Confirmation email containing registration ID number 

 Kindly photocopy both your old and new passport pages, and the valid visa page. 

 A: Kindly photocopy the passport page with your name, date of birth etc., and the page that indicate the
new date of expiry. 

 A: There will be shuttle services to take you from reception to your room. If additional assistance is
needed, the help desk will provide you with help. 

 A. Yes, reception is open round the clock, but check in is preferably done before 10pm on
reporting day. 

 A. Yes, but it is subject to availability of seats. It is advisable to register online at
www.programs.org in advance. 

 A. The venue details for the programs are announced during the Satsang in the evening. (Satsang

 A : Gurudev gives darshan during Satsang time whenever he is in Bangalore Ashram in Darshan
Line,You could register for it through soulbook.me/darshan . However the Darshan depends on

children under our wing. Our motive is to access to quality education to the children of
underprivileged, rural, tribal and remote sections of society. Few of them are the first generation
to go to school.
